• How do I make sure the information in your ads is relevant to the item?
  I am well aware of all the items I sell and I have experience using certain products. I also confirm that I have not submitted citations or false information from others in order to sell my products expeditiously. If you see any issues please excuse me and let me know.
• How do I get that information if I do not know about the use of this item?
  Please send me a message via Contact Us . I will assist you with following methods, I have used some of the products posted here and have experience using them at my local nursery for a long time so I can share my experience with you. (Others such as mixing ratio, usable duration)also I will ask other people who have used them and let you know.
• How long will it take to get my item?
  We currently ship via Sri Lanka Post and may take 9 to 25 days due to trade category. Due to the current global epidemic and the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, it may take some time for the goods to arrive and we will keep in touch with you until you receive the goods.
• Where do you ship from?
  We manufacture and distribute goods from Kurunegala, Sri Lanka
• What is the return policy? ( Wholesale orders not allowed )
   If the item you purchased from us does not match our web item you observed, you may receive a refund. We will personally pack your items to your address (mentioned in your account details you provided ) and the above mentioned errors are very rare. Please Contact Us for return instructions within 10 days of receiving the item for a refund. For all refundable products, buyers should contact us for return address and buyers should pay for return shipping cost.
